That feeling of waking up with a splitting headache and a few *scene missing* moments the morning after a big night? – We know it well.
We’ve never had a morning quite as bad as James Arthur however- who recently woke up to find himself £520 poorer, with a plane to Brazil to jump on.
Talk about drinkers guilt…
Waking up after a night of clubbing in Glasgow, the 22 year old discovered he had booked a flight to Rio de Janeiro.
So what do you do when you have the hangover from hell and a plane ticket Brazil? You get on the plane!
“I had absolutely no memory of doing it” he told The Daily Record. “It has honestly never even crossed by mind to go to South America.”

From hiking to Machu Picchu, to visiting a sloth sanctuary in Bahia in north-east Brazil and chilling out on Copacabana beach in Rio, it looks like Arthur’s drunk brain new exactly what it was doing.
So this weekend, let’s take a leaf out of his book and say yes to that ‘one last drink’ before the pubs close- who knows what adventure we’ll all end up on!
