Does anyone actually remember the real names of the yoga poses we regularly bend ourselves into in class?
For us it’s the same every week, we’re just about keeping up with the sequence, when the teacher gently whispers a word we’ve never heard of…and we’re lost.
So we’ve decided, to give up on learning the complicated yogi names and come up with some alternatives we can use instead.
Learn these and next time you’re at yoga and lose your place, you can just go into your own routine….
