After a day hitting the mountain, you are guaranteed to ache - particularly if you've not been skiing or snowboarding for a while.
Yoga is one of the absolute best things you can do to stretch out those tight hamstrings and core muscles.
A yoga instructor friend of ours, Anna Langer, has put together a short 20 minute après ski yoga video (below), so you can practice at home after you get off the hill.
It's full of great leg stretches, back bends and twists to make you feel limber and ready to shred again the next day.
So, roll out your mat (or just grab a bath towel), get into some comfy clothing and give it a go.
