Have you ever felt the desire to go trampolining in a cave? No, we hadn’t either. And then we stumbled upon Bounce Below, near Snowdonia, Wales.
The team there have taken a 176 year old slate mine, and have strapped a pair of massive trampolines inside two gigantic chambers. As you do.
The space they occupy is actually twice the size of the Iconic St Paul’s Cathedral in London.
Visitors get kitted out in full safety equipment before being taken down 100 feet to the subterranean bouncing mecca in an old mine train.
Once there, they can bounce to their hearts content on the massive tramps, a nosebleedingly high 180 feet above the floor, swapping between arenas on stairways and slides.
There are a few age and weight restrictions. After all, would you fancy having a crack at the same time as the entire Japanese Sumo Federation?
