Ever Dreamed Of Owning A Flying Car? Your Dream Could Soon Be Reality…

This AeroMobil 3.0 could take us from the roads to the skies in the not so distant future

We’ve all dreamed of owning a flying car at some point. Imagine the joy of soaring over the rush hour traffic while you look down – both literally and metaphorically – at all the less privileged below.

Rumours of the existence of such a vehicle are no stranger to the mainstream media.

They pop up every other year with a new design that looks insane, can only drive about 15mph and guzzles more petrol than that mate of yours drinks wine on the weekend. But not this time.

No, no, no. The AeroMobil 3.0 is a flying car that actually looks pretty cool. The sky-bound ride has an awesome futuristic feel going for it, and it can transform from car to plane in a matter of seconds.

In plane form, the vehicle is legally allowed to make use of any airport in the world, but it only requires a grassy or paved strip of a couple hundred feet long in order to make a landing.

Picture your neighbours face when you launch off the ground at the end of the road while he turns the corner to take on an endless army of roadworks.

While it’s currently just a prototype, the AeroMobil is said to be very close to a final product that will be available for purchase.

We imagine it’ll be crazy expensive of course, but it seems like a lot of the super rich could soon have custom-built runways round the back of their mansions… Something we are in every way incredibly bitter about.

Have a look of the video up top and let us know what you think!
