Ingredients

  • 425g chickpeas, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove  garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons  lemon luice
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon  sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon  cumin
  • 1 tablespoon  water

Method

1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet tall cup and extract for about 20 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency.

2. Enjoy with fresh vegetables or crackers.
