4. Lime Pie Blast Bowl
This blast bowl contains 4 of your 5 a day, combining potassium, protein and plenty of vitamins all in one neat and tasty package.
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 bananas
- ¼ avocado
- 4 chunks mango, frozen
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
Method
1. Add all ingredients to your tall cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour your NutriBlast into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, including coconut flakes, cashews, sunflower seeds, and whatever else you’d like.
Top tip: A cup is 250ml.
