6. Peach Cardamom Summertime Pops
Greek yoghurt is one of the most underrated health foods. Full of probiotics, calcium and good bacterias it’ll help your digestive system, lower your blood pressure and strengthen your bones.
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 cup peaches
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ½ cup coconut water
Method
1. Add all ingredients to your tall cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for about four hours, or overnight.
Top tips:
- Adjust the amount of coconut water for your preferred consistency – use less coconut water for a creamier ice lolly or more for a lighter treat.
- A cup is 250ml.
