Imagine the scene. You go to bed in Whistler on your long-awaited shred holiday and wake up to your riding buddies shaking you awake and grinning excitedly. You ask what’s going on and soon find out that all your wildest dreams have come true – it’s a powder day.
You walk over to the balcony and yank back the curtains. Sure enough, as you step outside, you see it; there’s a blizzard in the air, but not like you’ve ever seen it before. Because it’s the middle of summer, and you’re not in Whistler to ski or board. You’re here for the bike park, and there’s a dirt blizzard a-brewing.
That can’t be right though, because that’s just not possible, is it? Well, try telling that to the guys at Teton Gravity Research, who just dropped this segment online, taken from ‘unReal’, the smash hit, innovative mountain bike film released earlier this year. It took a lot of effort and a lot of co-ordination… but they just made brown pow fall from the sky:
