Imagine the scene; you’ve just spent 15 minutes slapping your sun cream on, got your shiny red cocktail from the bar, claimed a sun lounger and got yourself comfy on a warm day at the beach.
Next thing you know, you hear a couple of planes coming round, and they sound like they’re pretty damn close. Everything around you starts vibrating, your shaking glass spills most your drink and you fall off the lounger, which subsequently blows itself the entire way to the other side of the beach.

That’s pretty much what happened to some sunbathing Americans after a member of the Blue Angels – the U.S’s answer to the Red Arrows – flew low over a Florida beach at nearly 700mph. Needless to say, the inflatables didn’t stand a chance!
Luckily nobody seems to have been slapped in the face by a flying umbrella and most of the folk around the beach seem to be having a good laugh, as, undoubtedly was the pilot of the fighter jet.
