We woke up this morning to find the internet in full-blown feeding frenzy mode over a video of some old dear falling down a set of stairs.
Within minutes ‘hilarious’ memes had been mocked up, the gags were flying round Twitter and someone had uploaded a 10 hour-long version of the fall on loop to Youtube.

All of which is a bit over the top really, because at the risk of sounding like Kanye West (who incidentally must be gutted this morning that Madge’s antics kept his expletive-laden performance out of the limelight) Madonna’s stairset fail wasn’t actually that impressive. At least not compared to this lot.
As the great man himself would’ve said: “Madonna, I’m real happy for all the attention you getting and I’m a let you finish, but these skateboarders have some of the greatest stairset falls of all time. Of all time!”

Not massively impressive, but it’s amazing how many different ways he finds to fuck this up.
