More Info

Line skis are renowned for creating playful, flexible, lightweight skis that can charge all over the mountain in variable conditions. The Pandora 94 certainly ticks all of these boxes and is yet another one of the brand’s excellent designs. Developed by big mountain pro skier Hadley Hammer, the Pandora series is available in four different widths. There’s an 84, a 94, a 104 and a 110. All type of female skiers catered for? Yes, you could say that.

Coming in at 94 mm underfoot, these are obviously the most versatile out of the Pandora range. They’re back for the 2023 season with a fresh new top sheet that looks absolutely rad, and stands out as one of our favourite visual-designs of this season. This stylish 2023 model has the same technologies as last year’s model, meaning the ski is as light weight and versatile as ever.

The light and nimble feel of the Pandora 94 makes it a playful freeride ski that, as Line puts it: “can rip up the groomers, cruise through crud, and float over a few inches of freshies.”

Line Pandora 94 Build

The Pandora 94 has a 100% Aspen core with a wide array of carbon “magic fingers” which all stretch from tip to tail for added stability (without impacting on weight too much). Five different radiuses are blended into the ski’s sidecut and the result is a wide variety of turn shapes and an intuitive feel, depending on the speed you’re skiing and how much you’re flexing the skis.

The softer tips float and initiate turns easily while the stiffer tail provides power, stability and high speed control. Line has thinned out the core and sidewall towards the tips which means they’ve been able to save 100 grams per pair, compared to the previous version. This reduction in weight will work wonders in helping to reduce swing weight and tip bounce.

Line Pandora 94 Shaping

A stable platform underfoot and a 131 tip helps the skis float over the freshies and slush. A 117 mm tail cuts through those turns and carves through the crud. The Pandora 94 has a standard rocker / camber / rocker profile and a 14.5m turn radius to give the skis a very playful touch as well as easy manoeuvrability in the turn.

With the rocker profile in mind, it’s worth noting that the Pandoras have a splayed tail that does provide manoeuvrability in the rear. They’re a directional ski and suitable for on-mountain shredding.

Who Is The Line Pandora 94 for?

These skis are for the playful, adventurous type who like to dabble in a little bit of everything while they’re up on the mountain. With enough rocker and taper to tackle a variety of terrain, you’ll be right at home ripping groomers, hardpack, and those few fresh inches of snow that fell overnight on the Pandora 94s.

The Pandora 94 would be a great option for a carefree springtime touring ski when you are feeling the spring slush and playful atmosphere; the skis are also ideal for playful side hits and shredding around the resort. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, the Line Pandora 94s might just be your next ski.
