Ski Lifts are the bane of the skiing holiday. Anyone who denies it is either lying or a T- Bar salesman. UpSki, a Colorado-based bunch of innovators, have decided to finish off the lift menace once and for all. With the UpSki you attach yourself to a sail and glide effortlessly to the top of the run – in theory.
Presumably no-one goes anywhere on a windless day and the potential for slapstick chaos is almost boundless. UpSki is currently a kickstarter project. You can buy the UpSki sail for $2,400.
