LEGS – Jump to One Leg Spot
Isn’t this the sort of thing you see kids do in the school playground? It is, but on the plus side it boosts your balance without the need of pricey extra equipment.
1. Place a mark on the floor, then stand about a metre back from it with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Spring forward and attempt to land your left foot flat on the spot. Be sure to not let the knee cave inwards and to keep it over your left foot.
3. Spring back to your original position.
4. Spring forward again, only this time attempt to land your right foot flat on the ground. Again, be sure to not let the knee cave inwards and to keep it over your right foot.
