Ten Easy Ways To Get Fit For A Windsurfing Weekend

ARMS – Handstand Holds

Anyone who has tried to hang onto a sail in a 40mph wind knows how important arm strength is in windsurfing. And while handstands might remind you of school gym classes, they have few peers when it comes to working on your arm and shoulder strength.

Hold this position for as long as possible, focusing on your arms a lot and pushing hard into the ground.
