Unbound’s in-house personal trainer Jonny Jacobs put this 30-Day Tricep Dips Challenge together, and if you follow it to the letter, you’ll exit the other side of it with the upper-body strength of Superman/Wonder Woman.
And don’t worry if some of the larger numbers towards the end of the challenge look a little daunting – it’s perfectly acceptable to complete a day’s dips in more than one go, i.e. 60 in the morning, then the other 60 at night.
