Erica Hosseini has been billed as the next big thing in surfing for years. Numerous injuries have dogged her ascent to the throne but she’s got the ability, knowledge, looks and charisma to go all the way to the top.

Hosseini is something of a renaissance women. She’s a tech geek – she built two of her own websites from scratch and keeps the tours gadgets ticking over. She’s a model – she’s bagged shoots in the LA Times and every surf mag worth a damn. Oh and she can surf pretty damn well too.

A self-proclaimed tomboy, Erica didn’t start surfing till she was 11 – a late comer by most peoples standards. As one of the most in demand free surfers and models of the moment, she’s certainly making up for lost time.
