UPPER BACK – Push-ups
Does anyone out there find The Hunchback of Notre Dame sexy? Of course you don’t, but here’s the thing. Windsurfing stretches your back muscles and turns your shoulders inward, meaning the unprepared could end up with a hunch. Prevent this from happening by strengthening your upper back with some good old-fashioned push-ups.
1. Place your hands directly under your shoulders and pointing forwards, keep your body straight and don’t let your bum go up in the air.
2. As you lower body so that your chest touches the floor, make sure your elbows are pointing behind you and tucked in close to your body. Also, keep your head up and don’t let it hang down.
